Photographs of one tattoo can be easily found all over the internet. This tattoo is of the words, ‘Just Breathe’ which are in black ink on her ribcage just under her left breast. The tattoo was chosen by Miley to remember her friend Venessa, whom she lost to cystic fibrosis.

Seeing as she is an idol to young girls, being able to keep her tattoos covered when needed is a good thing. At least she did the tattoos for herself and seems to be happy with them. Choosing a tattoo for your own personal reasons tends to make it a much more meaningful experience.
